Potatoes – Keep cool, dry and dark.

Stone Fruits (peaches, plums, nectarines) – Do not refrigerate!  Store in a paper bag, with the top folded over, for 1-2 days.  Use gentle pressure to check for softness.  Fruit should give to gentle pressure.  When fruit is ripe, cut and enjoy.
